Schedule of Events - Each session is run as it's own meet -- each club/group comes to only one session

·        Sunday Morning –  All Ages - SCM - York is participating in this session

§ Split Warm-up – 8:15-8:45 am (York & COBRA)  8:45-9:15 am (NYAC (morning) & SCAR)

§  Start – 9:15 am

§  Events –100 Free, 25 Breast (10&U), 50 Back, 25 Fly (12&U), 50 Free, 100 IM, 25 Back (10&U), 50 Breast, 25 Free (10&U), 4x25 Free Relay Mixed (10&U, 11&O)

·        Sunday Afternoon – All Ages - SCM (NYAC (afternoon) & APEX)

§  Combined Warm-up – 1:15 - 1:55 pm

§  Start – 2:00 pm

§  Events – 100 Free, 25 Breast (10&U), 50 Back, 25 Fly (12&U), 50 Free, 100 IM, 25 Back (10&U), 50 Breast, 25 Free (10&U), 4x25 Free Relay Mixed (10&U, 11&O)

Notes

·        Meet de-qualifying standards exist –  This is a novice level meet -- swimmers with faster than 'E' times should not be entered

·        Awards – for each session for these age groups - 8&U, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13&O

Individual Events – Santa Medals for 1st, Ribbons for 2nd-6th.

Relay Events -- Heat winner prizes (primarily for fun!)
